The shape of the new class

Six cards entered selection this intake. None of them arrived with a following; all of them arrived with a record.

Selection, not discovery

Discovery is a story the industry tells about itself. Selection is a process: a Creative Board reads the work, checks the credits at source, and either opens the card or does not. There is no waiting list dressed as a community.

The class of 2026 was drawn from four hundred and eleven submissions. Six opened. The ratio is not a boast — it is the only reason the index means anything to a brand reading it at speed.

A card is not a portfolio. It is an argument with evidence attached.

What the board reads

Three things, in order: the evidence of the work, the coherence of the direction, and the ability to hold a set under pressure. Follower counts are recorded but never scored.

New Releaze reads the record before it reads the room: verified credits, current availability, and a single negotiation route from first enquiry to signed contract.
