Jear Perry “Breathe”
Jear Perry, from the country of Kurdistan, was introduced to music at 6 when his father bought him a keyboard – giving him the first step to what would become a lifetime of love for music. After years of trauma during the civil war in Kurdistan, Jear and his family moved to Germany in hopes to start anew.
Fast forward to the year 2000 – After living in the city of Krefeld, Jear stepped into the world of music production, dabbling in all sorts of genres, producing for singers, rappers, and events. Realising his potential, he moved to Berlin in 2015 to pursue his dream of being a producer and solo rap artist.
Having worked with different artists across genres, Jear decided to chase hip hop and finally began to forge his signature sound. Come 2019, with a diverse catalogue of solo projects, collaborations, and beats – he decided to release the singles Race, MN Kurdm, Emotion and YOU – followed by his latest hit Breathe.
